A $250 deposit is required to book your reservation. Cancellation requires a 60-day written notice. At this time, we request that all fees associated with your reservation be made by check, money order, or cash. Credit cards can be accepted using PayPal.
**Cleaning fees are included in rental rates. Although, 11.5% SC tax will be added to rentals (As of February 2011, Charleston County begins collecting 1% tax for education. Total tax rate=11.5%)
Monthly rates available on request.
Weekly rentals run Saturday to Saturday.

**We regret we are not able to accommodate pets.
***Access to Seabrook Island's private club, SIC, is no longer available. Guests of Our Great Escape have access to the new property owners' Lakehouse facility. Daily fees apply.
