It's 10-15 minutes away from Disney, the home is very clean, comfortable, and accomodating. The pool/hot tub area is great too. I like that there are 2 master bedrooms with each a full bath and an additional 2 extra bedrooms with another bath to share. Plus, the home is decorated in Disney apparel.
