All rates are plus 4.166% gross excise tax and 13.25% room tax. (17.962% in 2021 on).

"We had an amazing vacation in Kauai with a group of 19 friends. 7 of us shared the Orchid house, and were the envy of the rest of the group. The bedrooms were all generous sizes, the bathroom finishes beautiful, and the kitchen a dream. Everything was spotless and we made good use of the boogie boards and snorkel gear provided. The location is perfect - close enough to walk to the beaches but one road back from the traffic of the main road. We watched whales, enjoyed the sunrise, and loved the refreshing breeze that kept the mosquitoes at bay and the air conditioner off. Everyone we met in Kauai was so friendly, including the property manager who had many great suggestions for restaurants and places to visit. Highlights for our group included golfing at Poipu Bay, hiking the Waimea canyon,and taking our 10 year old son for his first scuba dive, where we listened to the whales sing underwater and swam with the turtles. We can highly recommend Seasport Divers in Poipu who took some very nervous first timers ( adult and children ) on an introductory 40 foot dive and put them at ease. We can also highly recommend Keiko's Paradise Restaurant in Poipu village shopping center. Great place for dinner and very accommodating with kids. The Orchid house lived up to our expectations from the beautiful online photos. We were not disappointed. Everything ran smoothly from our initial inquiries about the property to follow up after our stay. We can't wait to return."
