Better yet, the location cannot be beat: a block from Noe Valley's 24th Street shopping district, with access to the J Church Muni line, the 24 and 48 bus routes, and even BART within walking distance. (One note: while the unit is a 1BR with separate bedroom and living areas, it is open-plan in that the bedroom does not have a door.)
