USA/California/Wine Country/Napa 3 bedroom, 2 bath vacation home sleeps 6-8 Darling waterfront cottage. Three spacious bedrooms and 2 baths. Bright sunny house with lots of natural light and big windows on river side. Lovely deck overlooking large yard, with 300 ft of water frontage and 75 ft boat dock. 2 great canoes for paddeling up the river, you can go all the way to downtown Napa, or skim thru the yacht club. The ducks and wild life are lovely, and you'll even see osprey (fishing eagles) dive down and grab their dinner. The skys are clear, many of our guest say they've been sleeping on the back porch on our convient ari mattress. Lots of fun for everyone. Electricity on dock, deep water access, and nice wide spot on the river so turning around and navigation is easy. Walking distance to local shopping center, restaurants, and a great sports store for all you fishing supplies. Car rentals and limo service nearby so you can go wine tasting and touring.
