Weekly Rentals start on Sunday.
In addition to the applicable rates above, each reservation is subject to the following fees and costs except where noted as optional:
* A Cleaning Fee of $125 for weekly rentals and $100 for other rentals
* An optional linen fee of $85.00.
* A $50 Pet Fee for each dog is required.
* Maryland state sales tax of 6.00% of the total due except the security deposit.
* County accommodation tax of 5.00% of the total rent due including any applicable pet fee.
THERE MAY BE A PREMIUM CHARGED FOR CERTAIN HOLIDAYS.
