Summer Rates: Our summer rates are $160/night for 2 nights, $150/night for 3-4 nights and $140/night for 5 nights or more (plus $30 maintenance fee per stay -not per night)--$200 deposit (refunded when cabin left clean, no damages and key returned) 1/2 of rent to hold reservation (non-refundable), remaining rent and deposit due the 1st day of occupancy.
Spring Prices (April & May): $130/night for 2 nights, $120/night for 3-4 nights, $110/night for 5 nights or more ($30 maintenance fee waived)--$200 deposit (refunded when cabin left clean, no damages and key returned)
