 "We just returned from our vacation. We loved Mickey's Magic Getaway. We had several days of rain, but had many activities available in the house to keep the kids occupied in doors. It was nice to access to items, such as coolers and beach chairs, that made it easy to visit the beach as well as the theme parks. Having the pool and spa available at all hours was so nice after a long day at Disney. We went swimming several times well after dark and had a blast swimming in the lighted pool. "We are now coming to the end of our stay and I have to say that the house exceeded all of our expectations. From start to finish, the process was seemless Lisa was a great help. When you are booking a property thousands of miles away, you always worry. DON'T, it is easy. Living in the house was really a home from home, so I now need to get a bigger TV. "We stayed in this fantastic vacation home in June 2008. Our boys, ages 8 years and 15 months, had an amazing time and loved swimming in the large, private pool, playing with the toys supplied, and hanging out in the Disney-themed bedroom, complete with bunkbeds and a Mickey Mouse TV. The house is only a few minutes from all of the theme parks and attractions that Orlando has to offer, but far enough away that you don't have to hassle with traffic or crowds....which after a few days at Disney is a relief! My husband and I enjoyed the scenery, all the comforts of home, and the privacy that the villa offered. The home is exactly as described and pictured on the website (if not more) with no detail forgotten. "We just spent a week in this beautiful villa home. We have been doing villa rentals for years and Lisa, provided exceptional service to making our visit, although always too short, a great time. "We had an absolute lovely time at Mickey's Magic Getaway. We stayed at the Villa from October 6-13, 2007. The weather was so hot that we so appreciated the luxury of having our own pool. At the end of a long day visiting parks, there is nothing better than dunking into a wonderful hot tub(which we did nightly). "We stayed at Lisa's home May 14th to 17th, 2007 and had a wonderful time. The home is the most comfortable,well equipped vacation home we have ever stayed in. The rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated and are warm and inviting. Our family of 10 people never felt cramped. We all thought the hot tub was fantastic, especially the boys after a hard day playing golf! We have visited Orlando 6 times now and this was by far the best villa we have stayed in, the location was perfect. Chris and Geoff were very friendly and helpful and were on hand if we needed them. "We took our first ever family vacation with our closest friends and all of our kids. We had a wonderful time at the parks, but an even better time hanging around the house. The kids (all boys) always had something to do (xbox, ping pong, swim, etc). We never had to hear "There's nothing to do!". The Whittles and Lisa were wonderful. They are easily accessible and were helpful with all of our needs. The guys played a round of golf at Highland Reserve. It was affordable and according to them, a pretty good course. We went to the four main disney parks and Islands of Adventure. (We had the best time at Islands of Adventure.) The drive to the parks is not bad at all. We were given A LOT of tips and suggestions for our trip. We have one tip to share with y'all: if you plan to buy Disney goodies at one of the discount shops on 27 or 192...just pick one and go to it. They may all look different, but they are ALL the same. Do not waste your time. Lastly, enjoy the house and relax a little, it is wonderful.  "We usually stay at a WDW resort when we come to central Florida, but this time I wanted to try something different. I was somewhat skeptical about renting a house, but all that changed with the excellent communication and service that Lisa provided. I would have to say that the property offered us privacy and comfort that you could only find in the most luxurious resorts or rentals. I would recommend this to any responsible party that was looking for a place to stay in Central Florida. Tip: Don't try to do too much in a short amount of time. "We were very surprised to have a package delivered in America which was addressed to us! Katie (9) and Hannah (8) couldn't believe it and waited eagerly whilst we opened it. They were delighted to see the lovely box and its contents ... particularly with the pumpkin design! As you may be aware we don't "do" Hallowe'en with quite the same gusto as you and both girls were excited to be in the States when Hallowe'en was happening. For ourselves, my husband, Nick, and I thought this was a lovely and most unexpected touch which made us feel lucky to be staying in the home of someone so thoughtful. It really wasn't necessary, but we did truly appreciate your sentiment. We had a wonderful visit and thoroughly enjoyed your beautiful home and its surroundings.
