Recreational facilities in the area include Cheeseman Park, approx. 10 blks east, and other small parks scattered throughout the area, as well as the Denver Art Museum and Colorado History Museum within a mile. Also in close proximity to downtown Denver area with entertainment, restaurant and shopping venues including the Performing Arts, Pepsi Center, Invesco at Mile High and Coors Field, Paramont Theater, ESPN Zone. Cherry Five minutes to I-25 and within EZ access to LoDo, stadiums and other attractions. House was built over 100 years ago and converted to apartments in the 1950's. Off street parking available in back of building. If you are looking for rustic, clean, and inexpensive, for your visit to Denver and the surrounding area, this could be the place for you! This is our apartment for business trips to Denver, it is not an expensive "hotel", but has great character for those who enjoy the quirks of the houses of yesterday! The apartment is fully equipped with everything. It is located in a convenient location in downtown, with a short walks to the16th Street Mall and Safeway grocery store. I think is worth the money because it has everything you should need. I liked the antique\european bathroom style!
