This is a lovely two-story home in a beautiful development with 24-hour security, a large swimming pool, a playground, and an exercise room. The house has a tiled patio and tiled barbeque with beautiful tropical plants, a 6-person granite table and umbrella, and two lounge chairs for sunning. Rent includes all utilities (including wireless internet). Across the street their is a convenience store selling sundries, beer and liquor, taxis, buses to all parts of Mazatlan. At the beach you can go on a parasailing ride, buy silver jewelry and other hand-made goods, or eat at several restaurants. We have plenty more photos. All you have to do is ask.
