Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms Rates are based on 7 night rental and double occupancy. Rates are higher during holidays and high season. Discount given for stays longer than 3 weeks. Rates are subject to change at any time. Your money is refundable if notice is given at least 45 days prior to arrival minus a 10% or $100 (which ever is greater) processing fee. If less than 45 days notice is given we will refund your deposit minus the cancellation fee if we are able to re-rent your dates. Payment in full is required at least 45 days prior to arrival and 60 days prior to holiday and peak seasons. Each stay requires a cleaning & damage deposit, which is mailed back to you. Please note that in the event of closure of any of our units due to unforeseen circumstances such as acts of god, terrorism, etc., we will not be liable for any damages beyond the cost of your reservation with us.
