Refundable Reservation / Security Deposit: Damage deposit of $300 is required within 10 days of booking to confirm a reservation. Deposit will be refunded within 15 business days upon departure, after inspection of condo for damage to or loss of item. Cancellation Policy: We hope you don't have to cancel, but if it happens: For a deposit refund, less $100 fee, cancellation is required 90 days or more prior to arrival date.
