9 night minimum for any reservation overlapping Christmas (December 24th, 25th or 26th) or New Years (December 30th, 31st or January 1st, 2nd). 14 night minimum if reservation overlaps both.
Five night minimum stay. $170 cleaning fee. $500 refundable damage deposit. Two night deposit required to hold reservation (refundable if rebooked following cancellation). Full payment due 60 days prior to arrival. 11.425% Hawaiian Accomodation Tax is required to be added to all rentals. NOTE: Full payment is due, and deposits are refundable 90 days prior to arrival for Christmas/New Years stays.
