Beautiful, four-season chalet-style Condo in the heart of the White Mountains with winter views of Attitash. Located directly next to StoryLand (you could literally walk) and just minutes to everything else this enchanting part of the world has to offer...
Downhill and cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, tubing, etc. in the winter. Storyland, Alpine slide, golf, hiking, fishing, swimming, rafting, etc. in the spring/summer. The best fall foliage in New England, not to mention the duty-free shopping and amazing dining year round. This chalet-style Condo is private, clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Stay for a night, a weekend, or a week. Long-term rentals are negotiable.
All rentals include a Christmas Mountain Resort Amenities Membership that includes indoor/outdoor pool, hot tubs, saunas, racquetball, basketball, billiards, tennis, fitness studio etc.
The unit is extremely clean, quiet, and comfortable. Newly updated with carpets, paint, appliances, furniture.
The bed setup is as follows:
1st bedroom - Queen bed
2nd bedroom - Bunk beds with full size on bottom and twin on top
3rd Option - Small room with full size futon
4th Option - Plenty of floor space upstairs and downstairs to set up Aerobeds, etc.
Main Floor: Wide open kitchen/living area with Cathedral Ceilings, woodstove, brand new washer/dryer, brand new dishwasher, new stove, new fridge, dining table, breakfast bar, 2 large sliders to peaceful deck with views of Attitash.
