Our Orlando Vacation Home has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and two reception rooms and is fully air-conditioned throughout. Our Disney pool home is very spacious, bright and airy and it has a private screened pool overlooking a lake and grassed areas so there are no properties in front plus the sides are screened for your maximum privacy.
The door entry operates electronically so no keys are required to gain access.Our Orlando Vacation Home is fully equipped to make this the ideal home away from home and is the ideal location for your Florida vacation destination as we have provided all the amenities and facilities necessary to ensure your stay is thoroughly enjoyable.
Our home is extremely popular due to the location and the amenities and facilities that we offer and we are already booking up really quickly for 2010 so please inquire early to avoid disappointment.
Our Orlando vacation rental home is tastefully furnished, extremely comfortable and it is set in the very charming, popular sub-division of The Palms at Lake Davenport Estates which is only a 6 mile easy drive to Walt Disney World.
Our Disney villa has volume ceilings, nearly 2000 sq ft of living space consisting of a formal lounge with separate dining area, a fully fitted kitchen with breakfast nook and a family room with patio doors to the pool terrace.
The Family room has Cable TV, VCR, DVD player, Playstation 2 console and a selection of games are supplied as well as a selection of movies, books, games and CDs.
Our Florida holiday home will comfortably sleep 8 guests with a King Master bedroom with a very comfortable King bed, Cable TV, ceiling fan, clock radio and en-suite bathroom and large walk-in closet.The 2nd bedroom also has a very comfortable Queen bed, Cable TV, ceiling fan, clock radio and a roomy closet with plenty of hanging space. The two remaining twin bedrooms each have two beds, Cable TV and roomy closets.
All bedrooms have Cable TV and ceiling fans, both bathrooms have hairdryers and towels and all linens are supplied including towels for the pool area.
A pack and play crib with linen, stroller and highchair are also provided at no extra charge.
There is a separate laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
Ceiling fans are fitted in the Family room and the Master and 2nd bedrooms.
A Gas BBQ Grill is also provided for guests' use free of charge.
Our private pool terrace has a table and cushioned chairs and recliners so you can relax and enjoy the sunshine during your Florida vacation. The pool and terrace can be illuminated at night for swimming or just to relax in the evening and watch the glorious sunsets after a busy fun filled day.
The phone has free National and International calls and an intercom system installed in the kitchen plays piped music to all rooms and the pool terrace.
Smoking is allowed on the pool terrace and the surrounding areas only.
Activities - The excellent communal facilities at The Palms are free to all guests and include tennis courts, basketball court, swimming pool and a childrens' play area.Games Room with 8ft Slate Bed Pool Table, Foosball and Electronic Darts and Free Hi-Speed Wireless Internet with a laptop computer. The Family room has Cable TV, VCR, DVD, Playstation 2 and a selection of movies, books and games. Area Attractions - The Palms is on Highway 27 just 5 miles from the junction with the I4 at exit #55.
Our vacation home is only 6 miles from Walt Disney World and is extremely close to Orlando and Kissimmee and with easy access to both the 192 and the I4 it is perfectly positioned for visiting all the major attractions including the theme parks, water parks, the shopping malls and designer outlets and the numerous excellent restaurants.
Situated nearby you can find a post office, bank, convenience store, small strip malls and a small gas station. There's also a shop, Subway Sandwich Bar, Barber & Beauty Salon all located at the entrance to Davenport Lakes/Esprit communities just minutes north of The Palms.
Less than a mile away there is a choice of Winn Dixie or Publix supermarkets and the newly completed 24hr Wal Mart superstore. There is another Publix recently opened to the south in Berry Town Center at Sand Mine Road and it is only half a mile away.
The I-4,the gateway to both coasts is just 5 miles away. Davenport, Florida, just minutes south of Disney World and set amid orange groves and citrus trees is the best place for a vacation in the Orlando area. The town of Davenport is just two miles square, but the Davenport area stretches out over the region that follows Highway 17, and east of Highway 27. Davenport is a small town nestled amid the booming growth of the Orlando/Kissimmee area. If you want a quiet spot away from Disney, Epcot, Universal, and Sea World, then Davenport is the place to be!
