Our beautiful, spacious pool home with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms is the perfect place for your Florida dream vacation. Our family owned 2 storey home is ideal for two families to enjoy the holiday of a lifetime. Our home has been tastefully furnished and is equipped with everything you could possibly need. The private swimming pool is screened for your comfort and the pool door is alarmed for your safety.
We have recently added a games room for your enjoyment complete with pool table/air hockey, foosball table, electronic dartboard and basketball game machine. We also provide a selection of board games and an X-Box with a good selection of games for all ages.
We have a computer for you to use with high speed broadband internet access to enable you to keep in touch or check out your emails.
There are 4 televisions, 2 DVD players and a VCR with a selection of DVDs and videos, CD stereo system with CD selection and hairdryers in each bathroom. Towels and linen are provided.

Community Amenities
Our beautiful home is located at The Palms at Lake Davenport Estates. This is a very peaceful community yet close to all the action. The Disney Theme Parks are only 7 miles away and Universal Studios and Sea World a little further.
The Palms is a mixture of residential and short term rental homes and at Christmas time the decorations are a sight not to be missed.
The Palms has excellent community facilities that are available for your use free of charge. There is a swimming pool, tennis courts and a children's play area. Fishing is available nearby at Davenport Lake.
There are several golf courses close by including Polo Park, Highlands Reserve, Champions Gate and Southern Dunes.
Lake Davenport Estates is situated on US27 just south of the US192 where there are numerous shops, bars and restaurants. Within minutes there is a new Super Wal-Mart which is open 24 hours, a Publix supermarket and a Winn Dixie. There are many restaurants on US27 most of which also offer a takeaway service.
Orlando international airport is approximately 45 minutes drive and Sanford airport is approximately a 1 hour drive.
