• Rates quoted are for 1-2 guests. Maximum occupancy of 2 guests.
• $250 reservation deposit due within 7 days of booking the reservation. The deposit is applied toward rent.
• All rental charges are due 45 days prior to arrival.
• No refunds for no shows or early departures.
• All rates quoted and payable in US Dollars
• Add one time $178 cleaning fee, $25 guest services fee and 17.42% Hawaii state tax,
• Rather than a security deposit, we trust you will leave my condo and its contents undamaged. If not I will charge you for damages.

"We really enjoyed our stay in Berney's condo. It was great to not have to pack or buy/rent beach gear! The condo was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. We had most of our meals out on the lanai and enjoyed the view of the ocean. The beach just across the street was perfect for lounging & snorkeling. Most things you may need (shops, restaurants) are within walking distance. We recommend this place & hope to maybe stay again in the future."
