10% discount for stays of 30 nights or longer.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Security deposit refunds, less a $50 processing fee, will be made for all cancellations > 90 days from check-in. There is a $100 fee for cancellations between 60 & 90 days during Peak & Value Seasons. A $250 fee applies for Holiday Season cancellations between 60 & 90 days. No refund for cancellations within 60 days of arrival, unless we secure a comparable reservation to replace yours. Your refund will be prorated less a $100 processing fee.
