It has a spacious great room that combines a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, dining table and seating area, allowing you to share the fabulous sunsets with your friends and family. Our home is very child friendly, and we have pack-and-plays and high chairs. Child gates are available upon request. The backyard play structure includes swings and a slide, and there's plenty of room for kids to run around while parents relax and enjoy the patio and hot tub. The front deck at Harbor Vista runs the length of the house and overlooks the Pacific Ocean. At 330 feet above sea level, the view is panoramic and runs from the Ritz Carlton in the south to Pillar Point in the north, with ships at anchor and at sail in the middle. The sunsets are beautiful and can be viewed from the lower or upper deck, or anywhere on the main level. A BBQ with propane is situated there for cooking up a grilled meal.
