TWO 2-BEDROOMS, SIX MORE LARGER 2-BEDROOMS + DEN AREA, AND TWO 1-BEDROOMS AT HARBOR STEPS - PLEASE INQUIRE!!

Sleeps 8, but 6 adults max. $15/person/night beyond 4 guests.

$300 refundable deposit holds dates with balance due 30 days before stay.

Elevated rates for Seahawks weekends

$120 cleaning fee and 15.7% tax applies to all stays less than 30 nights.

Check-in is 4pm, check-out is 11am (can leave luggage at front desk if needed, provided they have space).

Garage parking in building is $26/nt + tax (every 5th night parking is free!)

"The Harbor Steps complex is in an excellent location for getting to the Seattle Art Museum, Pike Place Market, the Seattle Needle and all the great restaurants on 1st Avenue. The apartment was gorgeous, and even with the hot weather and no air conditioning, the fans did a great job. Hint: Just turn the shades out to prevent sun from coming in during the day if you're out -- helps a lot! The pool and hot tub in the complex were in the same building, so we took advantage of that.
