EIGHT MORE 2-BEDROOMS ALSO AT HARBOR STEPS - PLEASE INQUIRE!!

$300 refundable deposit holds dates with balance due 30 days before stay.

$120 cleaning fee and 15.7% tax applies to all stays less than 30 nights.

Additional guests beyond 4 are $15/person/nt (sleeps 8, but 6 adults max)

Check-in is 4pm, check-out is 11am. Front desk can hold luggage, provided they have space.

Garage parking in building is $26/nt + tax (every 5th night parking is free!)

Elevated rates for Seahawks weekends.

"My wife and I lived in Downtown Seattle for a short time and wanted to take our East Coast grandkids (ages 13 and 14) to show them some of our favorite Seattle attractions.This condo offered the convenience of being centrally located and provided us with easy access to local attractions such Pike Place Market, the Space Needle, and Pioneer Square, as well as quick access to water, rail, and bus transportation. We found the condo clean, well appointed, and with all of the amenities we needed. Debra provided us with outstanding service prior to, during, and after our stay, which helped make our return in Seattle an even more memorable experience!"
