Year-Round Offer: 1 night FREE when you stay a week! Reserve 7 nights, pay for 6, get 1 night free!

3 night minimum stay;
Some 2 night stays available at certain times of year, however, cleaning fee applies to 2 nt stays;
5 night minimum required for some Holidays, such as: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years & Easter;
7 night minimum during Peak Summer (Sat-Sat stays);

Holidays rates may apply to, but are not limited to: Valentine's, Easter, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years. Inquire about minimum stay for each holiday and weekly rates.

~ $200 Reservation deposit, applies to rental amount;

~ $50 Non-refundable pet fee, pet stays must be approved by property owner at time of reservation;

~ 12.75% TN lodging Tax applies to all rentals.

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay. There were 12 adults (incuding 3 teens), so sleeping arrangements were a little stretched. I loved the kitchn/living room updates. However, the bedrooms were a little musty smelling and need updating also. Our bedroom upstairs was a little cramped--We did not get the large spacious bedroom! My other concern is about the parking. On the website, the picture and description for parking shows the adjoining property parking lot. It was difficult to park 4 vehicles on that narrow steep grade. We did enjoy working with you all and you were very accomodating! For the money it was a great value!"
