REQUEST OUR MONTHLY RATES Our cancellation policy requires a 30 day notice prior to your scheduled stay for a refund of the deposit. There will be a 10% processing fee for a cancellation. In the event that the cancellation notice is received in less than 30 days, a fee amounting to 50% of the deposit may be charged.
