"This was our second stay within three years, and was once again perfect. Kevin and Helen are so conscientious about promptly responding to e-mail messages, the booking process is simple, quick, and seamless. The condo itself is in a perfect location; usually a quick 10-15 minute drive to the WDW parks, but far enough removed so that upon return, one can instantly forget about the fast pace and enjoy quiet time on the lanai overlooking the natural vegetation, or at the pool. The Publix grocery store is within a 5 minute drive, as are a variety of restaurants. Besides being close to Disney, it is also nearby to 5 baseball spring training sites as well as many other central Florida attractions. "Wonderful, that is how I have to describe our experience in Orlando. The Condo is even better than we expected. The rooms were very large and well designed. I was surprised to find the furnishings so nice and tastefully chosen. I am very impressed with the location of the condo, a very quite area yet it is so close to any of the parks. The helpful directions for the shortcut into Disney World saved so much time that we were able to see more than we had planned. From the number of Disney employees taking the same streets as we were I guess that shortcut route must have been designed with them in mind. We were able to purchase anything we needed very close to the condo and, except for gasoline, at very reasonable prices. I will have to warn people to 'stay away from the Winn Dixie' close to the condo. I shop Winn Dixie some in my town and their prices are not out of line with other stores. I was in 'sticker shock' when I shopped that store. Not only do they charge outrageous prices but they don't have much selection. I found the Publix food store to have a great selection and much better prices.
