Please confirm with owner. Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms With the exception of a few holiday weeks, this vacation rental is operated on an "open calendar" with a 3 night minimum. You arrive the day of your choosing, and depart the day of your choosing! 10% occupancy tax for stays of less than 30 days. No tax for stays of 30 nights or more, military or government employees with proper documentation. $120 cleaning fee ($150 for stays of a month or more). $45 damage waiver is due at booking. 50% due at reservation. 50% due 60 days prior to arrival. All cancellations are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival are subject to full forfeiture of rents. Guests concerned with cancellations are advised to purchase trip insurance.
