'Lunaseay' it's Cool, it's Fun, it's Beautiful, on the Canal4 bed, 3.5 bath Fripp Island home sleeps 12-13 |

LunaSeay is located on the canal and has a private dock so you can bring your boat and park it at your back door. There is also a patio next to the canal that is a perfect spot to watch the sunset with a cold drink or a fishing pole. You can clean the fish you just caught in the double sink on the patio and cook them (or some Frogmore Stew) on the Bayou Classic cooker also included. Also included in the rental is a brand new 2004 custom golf cart with Hot Rod Flames and a cargo box for carrying your cooler to the beach. The beach is less than two minutes on the golf cart. Please resist the urge to race other carts - we have Barney Fife at Fripp too!
The Marina, The Beach Club, Ocean Creek Golf Club, and Davis Love Park are all less than five minutes on the cart or the bikes which are in the garage. Veranda Beach and the Ocean Course are also easy rides. Please resist the urge to chase the deer with the cart. There is a herd reduction program in process and the deer are already very nervous.
We also include four amenity cards so you can swim, dine, play golf, play tennis and do all the other island activities that you have the energy left to do. You can get extra cards at a nominal fee from the Fripp Club office. Then you can force your friends to go too!
Three of the four large bedrooms have king beds and the fourth bedroom is a cool bunk room for the kids with six bunks, TV and a DVD player. Bring your own Playstation and look here first for any missing children! There is also a small nursery set up if you have very little ones.
The house has a large wrap around porch that turns into a huge deck in the back with six Adirondack chairs. It's the perfect place for the evening cocktail gathering. Be careful - you may find yourself still there in the morning.
There is a separate ice machine and wet bar so you are always ready for cold drinks. There is also an additional refrigerator in the large detached (not under the house) garage for party supply overflow.
There is an outdoor shower so you can rinse off the sand from the beach or the salt water, fish bait and spilled beer from that fishing trip you and your buddies just took.
There are TVs in every room including a 36 inch flat screen in the main sitting room, with any luck, and good weather, you'll never turn it on.
There is also free wireless internet and a fax machine for those of you who cannot seem to break ties with the real world - even at Fripp (pity).
