This waiver does not cover intentional damages, theft by guest or their guests, or damages due to pets, smoking, unauthorized guests. You will be charged for any intentional damages via all legal means. 50% due upon reservation 50% due 60 days prior to arrival 25% cancellation fee if cancellation is 61 or more days prior to arrival. 100% cancellation fee if cancellation is within 60 days of arrival.
