"Our stay during March 2012 was very pleasent...the house was out fitted and supplied with literally every thing we needed...the "only bring your tooth brush" applied to our stay. The location of the house to goods and services is convient and were easy to get to...including spring trainning games. The Logans response to extra keys, mail box access, cleaning supplies, washer problem, etc was prompt and timely. The co-renters and ourselves liked our stay soooo much, we reserved it for March 2013. Besides all of the above, the weather was perfect during our stay. "The home was in excellent shape and very user friendly. The upper level sitting room and computer workstation were wonderful features. The only suggestion I would have is to have a desk light for the computer workstation. The owners, Jim and Shiela, were friendly and very easy to deal with. The home is fully equipped with all supplies, cookware, dishes, etc. that anyone could possibly need. The outside patio was also a nice feature that allowed us to relax in the sun or just be outside for meals, reading or taking care of phone calls. I would suggest that instructions be typed up as to how to use the DVD player (requires putting TV on a certain input) and also provide instructions as to how to get a Maricopa County library card (bring one piece of mail forwarded to the local library near Greenway and Bullard). The library allowed us to take out videos and books, which made the stay even more of a pleasure. We also visited the local tourism offices and collected a lot of materials about things to do (free concerts, Desert Belle cruise, Out of Africa, White Tank Regional Park, Lake Pleasant, etc.). Perhaps providing a list of those resources and the addresses would be helpful to other renters. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay for the month of February 2010 at Jim and Shiela's home and would most certainly return if the opportunity arises to do so.
