Cancellations & Policies:
Cancellations 61 or more days from arrival will be 100% Refunded, less a $250 processing fee.
In the event of cancellation within 60 or fewer days before arrival, a full or partial refund of the rental fee and/or security deposit may depend on the Owner's ability to rent to other parties for the specified rental period. A Pro-rata refund (except the administration fee of 25% of the total rental) will apply if we can rent the condo during your reserved dates. Refunds are at the Owner's sole discretion, and no refunds will be made due to inclement weather or travel conditions. We strongly recommend vacation insurance. "It was a pleasure to stay in Tim and Carolyn's condo for a very special 50th birthday celebration. I have stayed several places on Maui and this was truly the most relaxing visit I have had. The condo was exactly what his listing said it is. we especially enjoyed the beach chairs, towels and well equipped kitchen. The sunsets were spectacular and I appreciated his tripod and was helpful for my phatography hobby. The pool was just a few feet from the front door and at the same time, very quiet. I can't wait to return and enjoy another great week on Maui."
