The unique bathrooms offer large cavernous showers, again traditionally furnished. Meals are tailored to your exact requirements, from bed and breakfast to full board, all you have to do is ask. Meals are taken either in the dining room or on the terrace, where a Spanish style menu is offered, or an English menu (if you must), vegetarians are easily catered for.

Holiday Activities while staying at the Cueva Leon NOTHING First on the list - Just lounge about eating and drinking, there are lots of books and board games, Maybe drop into the Village just a short walk down the hill for a coffee and some tapas, or go shopping in one of the local markets.
There are many places to go for a swim - a popular one is the pool at ORCE where the fresh spring water is captured in a purpose built pool including the fish!!!, with a small cafe attached it's ideal for lounging away a few hours. another natural pool is at Los Olivos about 15 minutes away again captured water with beautiful views and an excellent cafe make this a superb location. The local pool in GALERA is open late July to end of August again with a cafe and restaurant it's a popular place to lounge around and eat, although it is very popular with the local children it can get a bit noisy!!!.
There are several beaches around all about 1.5 to 2.5 hours away including Malaga, Almeria, Mojacar and the wonderful CABO DE GATA a national park, the beach is a bit shingley, but it is very quiet and there is a must try fish eatery on the beach where the locally caught fresh fish is indescribable!!!
In nearby Fuente Vera is a wonderful stables where you can go horseriding for an hour, or even for half or a full day.
This area is famed for its walks, from a few minutes to hours, it's the ideal walkers paradise. With lots of interesting places to visit, ancient burial sites and castles included. ARTISTRYThere is lots of stunning scenery to paint, a famous local artist can be hired for lessons in Watercolours if required. He also does regular group lessons at very affordable prices.
