Enjoy the turquoise waters of the ocean from this fully remodeled home or lay back and relax in one of the many hammocks right under the large thatched palm gazebo. This home is an exquisite getaway.
Sit back in the pool and watch the waves wash up on the shore or walk right out to the golden beach. Relax on the bluff sea view deck and watch whales in the winter as they migrate to our warm waters to raise their young. Enjoy watching the surfers catching some of Rincon's world famous waves or join them. Our private boardwalk and sea view deck offers the most incredible seascapes and sunsets, with Desecheo Island as a backdrop.

"I can't say enough about how awesome this house is. We had the double doors open on the sides of the house most of the time and the ocean air and breeze kept us cool. The deck view over the little rock cliff was amazing especially for sunset. The deck has multiple spots that have beautiful views including upper and lower areas that overlook the beach. It is the best house on Sandy Beach, a great little neighborhood on the outskirts of RIncon. Walking distance to Tamboo and the best burger in town @ the Big Kahuna, as well as Jake's Java with excellent coffee and smoothies right at the top of our driveway. Our 3 families took the entire house and it worked out perfectly. Each family got 2 rooms. You can't get between the upstairs and downstairs without going outside, but that was not a big deal and really makes sense if the 3 areas are rented by different parties. The palapa was great to get out of the sun with plenty of seating. The house truly felt like our own private resort. Upon arrival we had a few minor maintenance issues and Rusty was super helpful and resolved them right away. He put us in touch with a private chef, Loraine Arroyo, for one of our nights which was a real treat. Thank you for sharing this amazing place. We hope to return."
