The flat is 82m² large, at the 1st floor, offers a good size bedroom with free standing double bed (180x200cm) and a big cupboard behind mirrors, a cosy study/second bedroom (the double bed is a modern sofa, free laying space 160x200cm), an open space living area of 32m²with integration of hall and kitchen (10m²). Here too the sofa is possible to use as double bed, so 6 persons can sleep if necessary (supplement for the extra sheets/pillows/cover of 3€/day). A wooden dining table is expendable to 3,20m (so easy 10-12 persons). The double entrance door offers security and isolation. Entrance of house is with a coded lock.
