Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations are accepted and deposits are returned if they are received 120 days or more prior to arrival date, depending on time of year. You can request our cancellation policy in writing.
Deposits
A REFUNDABLE $750/500 Security Deposit is required to confirm a reservation depending one 1 house or 2. This deposit is returned the 25th of the following month of your stay> This allows time for the Property Manager to send her "Exit Inspection Report" to our Financial Manager.
