We can rent 4 BR-1 house/8 guests, 6 BR-2 houses-12 or less guests, or all 8 bedrooms/ total compound-16 guests due to the configuration of the CR2 house which can be a 4 BR home or 2/2 BR unit. The Compound is surrounded by the natural beauty of the Garden Island of Kauai. Fruit trees (Papaya, Avocado, Coconut, etc.) and flowers (Birds of Paradise, Hibiscus, Helyconia, etc.) are abundant. The beautifully furnished houses are open and comfortable for large groups and families. Furnishings include multiple TVs, VCRs, a Baby Grand Piano, modern kitchen appliances, Barbecue Grills, and much more. The private, large pool area is great for relaxing in the sun, outdoor entertaining, and the pool is popular with the kiddos when they are not at the beach. There is also a Ping Pong table set up in the garage. Beach items such as beach chairs, mats, and coolers are available in the garage. Many of our guests each year are "regulars" who come every year.
