The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, a 6 burner stove, stainless steel refrigerator with built-in drinkable ice and water dispenser. Naturally all kitchen small appliances and dishes and utensils are all included. Lovely granite countertop and a circular dining area for informal meals completes this area
The master bedroom has a king size bed and enjoys the view of the bay and pool. It has its own private terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails.
The dressing room is complete with sitting bench, full size mirror, dresser, 2 hanging closets and built in safe for your valuables. The en suite bathroom has a marble vanity, walk-in rain shower and a linen armoire.
The second bedroom also features a king size bed and a flat screen television and plenty of closet space and a private terrace. The second bathroom has a built-in bench and walk-in shower and good size vanity.
You can fully open the folding (door) window wall to access the spacious terrace to create an even larger living/dining area. This terrace features a full dining suite plus comfortable wicker easy chairs to enjoy the incredible view.
The apartment has individual air conditioning units in all rooms as well as ceiling fans. For your convenience a full washer and dryer are located off the kitchen.
The large infinity pool is just a few steps away from your terrace. Several lounge chairs, a covered sitting area with a marble table, bathroom and outdoor shower are at your disposal.
The gardens are full of flowering plants and add to the tropical atmosphere of this complex. This building is fully secured with electronic locked gates and a private elevator to each level. Parking is also available at the street level.
This unit is very luxurious and tastefully decorated. Everyone who has had the privilege to enjoy this condo mentions that the pictures can not really do it full justice as it is breathtaking as soon as you walk in.
