Since we own and manage our two properties we can offer you lower rates than comparable properties in the Chelan area. In a recent analysis of comparable homes at Wapato Point, our weekly summer rates averaged more than $450 less! This is due to the fact that we do not use a 3rd party rental management company which adds additional costs to the owner for listing/managing the property. Since we manage our own properties we pass this savings on to our guests. We will also beat the rates of any comparable condo unit at Chelan Resort Suites.
