Between street cleaners, garbage and recyling trucks and some noisy neighbors we were awakened from sleep or could not get to sleep for the noise. "Did not deal with anybody but the security guards during our stay. They were as helpful as they can be, but did not know all the information on the home. Bungalow was nice, but really only accomodates 3 different sleeping areas, so 3 adults or 3 couples. No air conditioning, so was extremely hot the first couple nites, have to leave windows open all day, even when your gone, to ventilate the house. Location is excellent if your traveling anywhere between San Diego or Los Angeles, great restaurants nearby to eat at. Loved the easy access to beach and fishing. "We were delighted to see the nice bucket of toys for the twins when we entered the town home. Everything was clean and just like the ad stated. It was relaxing to sit on the deck and watch the waves come in. There was a lot of attractions near by. The family loved Legoland 10 mins. away. I really liked the walk down the pier to the restaurant at the end. We were lucky to watch the fisherman catch a stingray. "I was looking for a place to just hang out near the beach with the kids. We enjoyed the view, the location was excellent. My husband would take the kids to the beach while I sat on the terrace and relaxed. It was big enough for 3 kids and two adults. Good sleeping arrangements. Parking garage right below. It was good to have the beach close by and at the same time two pools to swim in. We almost had one pool to ourselves along with the spa.
