Beautifully maintained, this home features knotty pine walls, charming stone fireplace, and wood flooring. Private beach area offers two piers, playground and large fenced lawn. BBQ right on the lake! Tastefully decorated in the lodge tradition, each room is filled with a pleasant mixture of new furnishings and Tahoe antiques. Tse living room features 2 large leather couches, Hickory furniture with Pendleton blankets and plenty of seating for catching up with family or watching tv. The front deck gets all day sun, overlooks the lawn below and has room for everyone! Entertaining is easy with a gas grill, large patio table with umbrella, 2 hammocks and tons of adirondack chairs. From the lush front lawn to the slate back patio, you will love exploring the grounds on winding cobblestone paths. The backyard even has a bocce ball court, gas grill and unique brick smoker for BBQ's. A charming firepit with Adirondack chairs surrounding it is a great place for smores or reminiscing about the day! (seasonal & dependent upon fire restrictions) The remodeled kitchen is fully equipped and features all the appliances including a refrigerator with automatic ice maker, dishwasher, convection oven/microwave and stove. From all the basics to chefs tools, from a Kitcheanid mixer to a capuccino maker, champagne glasses to crab crackers, stainless steel cookware to decent knives, cooking is a breeze in this kitchen. Enjoy your holiday feast or a gathering with friends around the huge dining room table which seats 12! Looking for a space to watch the game or a movie? The garden level offers a family room with new furnishings, a 32 inch flat screen tv with "theater" sound and attached kitchenette for making snacks!
