Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms Minimum stay: 1 week. Maximum capacity: 4-5 guests max. Rates: USD $ 330/week for up to two guests. $ 5.00 for each extra guest/night + a $20.00 one time fee for final cleaning of the apartment A security deposit of $150 US is necessary which is fully refundable to the guest after a short inspection of the apartment and upon returning the keys on checkout day. Taxi Service from and to the airport available on request: $25 for the first 3 persons/trip. 3+ = $30-$35. Affordable maid service on request (chargeable). Rates include all utilities, such as gas, electricity, water, cable TV with many english channels, unlimited WiFi and wired internet access, fresh towels/bedsheets and replacements upon arrival, all taxes etc. - no hidden fees or surprises!
