Fully furnished feels just like home with all the modern luxuries washer/dryer, garbage disposal, a/c and owners special touches.Penthouse units have the luxury of a a huge partially covered private rooftop terrace complete with jacuzzi tub, sink and bbq area.2 bedrooms down and 1 bedroom with private bathroom upstairs great for kids and or guests. Enjoy the common pools located across from a picturesque lagoon.Condo Achen has mini split air conditioning, comfortable furniture a 2 queen beds and 1 king size bed in the master make this a perfect for a big family or a couple with visitors... Complete with ample linens and towels for bath and pool.There is wireless internet and satellite tv provided by CosmoRed in your own suit.At pool side there are plenty of lounge chairs, umbrellas and tables, a shallow end for kids and adult depth for splashing, laps, or just a dip.Parking out front and underground parking for long stays.Public transportation just a few minutes away at the El Tigre Security Gate.Public Beach access at Bahia Del Sol only a short distance away.RENTAL RATE INCLUDES.... water, gas, electric, internet and cable in ALL units.Cleaning is provided at the end of your stay but not provided during your stay..
