Non refundable Booking Deposit of $400 secures your vacation dates, balance to be paid in full 10 weeks prior to your arrival. Reservation`s arriving within 10 weeks of vacation dates, full rental cost to be paid to secure reservation.
Refundable Security Deposit $400; refunded after satisfactory home inspection by owners management company upon your departure.
If Pool Heat is required, please add additional $25 per night (minimum 7 nights) + Tax @ 12% to all rates.
